I have always had a love for Country Music, and I got into radio by accident in the early 80s. I used to work as a salesman for Treble T R Radio it was the first 24/7 Country Music Station in Dublin.

That was when I first met my friend and mentor Jimmy Smith who owned the station Sales was not my thing so Jimmy showed me how to use the studio equipment and that is how it all started. On John Dean Country I like to play American both New and Old and Country Artist from around the world and our own Irish Country Music.
