Special Christmas Schedule on CMR Nashville

Our special Christmas schedule on Christmas Eve starts with18 hours of Christmas Country Oldies with Steve Warren from 6.00 am UK time for 4 hours then CMA award winning DJ Tim Rogers with a special Christmas edition of Classic Country from 10 am UK Time. Shows repeated again from 12 noon till midnight.

Christmas Day - Starting at midnight Xmas Eve with a Non Stop Country Christmas with our new DJ Stan Campbell from the USA playing all your favourite Christmas Country Songs, and talking to many of the stars of today and yesterday about Going through to 12 noon Boxing Day UK time. Country stars talking include Brad Paisley, Johnny Cash, Lee Brice, Danielle Peck, Heartland, Craig Morgan, Little Texas, Kenny Chesney, Billy Ray Cyrus, Jeff Carson, Bill Anderson, Linda Davis, Martina McBride, Jo Dee Messina, Patricia Conroy, Suzy Boggus, Ty England, Wynonna, Little Big Town, Joe Diffie, and others including a few hand picked listeners.

Boxing Day - Country Christmas up to noon UK time. Then a Christmas edition of the CMR Nashville Chart Show with Brigid Coady, at 2pm a special with Sir Cliff Richard talking to Paul Davis and playing his favourite Christmas Songs. At 4 pm a Christmas edition of the Irish Connection with Sean Green. Then repeated through till midday on Thursday and back to our normal schedule. ( See the schedule page on our home page)

Jace Everett joins CMR Nashville. The ever-popular American singer/songwriter brings a new 2 hour show ‘Nashville Skyline’ direct from Nashville, to our schedule on Tuesday 8 January at 12 noon UK time and repeated at 6 pm, midnight and 6 am with a Sunday morning repeat at 10 am. Jace will be interviewing hit songwriters and up and coming writers, along with playing their music as well as live sessions. Other guests from the industry will also be interviewed including Publishers, A&R, PR, and Agents & Promoters. A show not to be missed every Tuesday and Sunday.The American Driver Show – Stan Campbell hosts this popular show from America now exclusively in Europe with CMR Nashville. Aimed at the truckers and the transportation industry. It does not feature those old trucking songs, but the latest country sounds and big guest artists every week. Many perform acoustically in the studio. The phone lines are open and Stan and his guests speak to truckers on the road and in truck stops. A great two hours of fun, Country Music and star guests. Every Saturday night starting 5 January 2008 at 10 pm and Sunday morning at 6 am UK time. As a taster you can hear on Saturday 29 December at 10 pm a look back to 2007 with The American Driver Show and a repeat on NYE at 12 noon, 6pm, 12 midnight.
