RANDY MONTANA MAKES OPRY DEBUT & CELEBRATES CUT ON LYNYRD SKYNYRD TRIBUTE ALBUM

29/07/2010

Mercury Nashville singer/songwriter Randy Montana made his Grand Ole Opry debut last Friday, July 23rd at Nashville’s famed Ryman auditorium. Montana included his Top 40 debut single “Ain’t Much Left Of Lovin’ You” in his set.

“Playing the Opry was amazing. During the first verse of the single the crowd started clapping which has never happened before, so I was thinking to myself ‘Oh gosh, something's going wrong’.” “Thankfully everything was ok. I guess the crowd was just enjoying the song,” Montana joked. “The overall experience was a really cool thing to be a part of.”
Check out Montana’s version of “Tuesday’s Gone” on the newly-released Sweet Home Alabama: The Country Music Tribute To Lynyrd Skynyrd album which pays homage to the Southern rockers and is available now exclusively at Walmart.
