Brooks & Dunn's Concert at Cheyenne Frontier Days Attracts 20,911 Fans

Brooks & Dunn's concert at Cheyenne Frontier Days in Cheyenne, Wyo., attracted 20,911 fans on Saturday night (July 24), making it one of the most-attended concerts in the event's history. The performance was part of the duo's Last Rodeo tour. The annual music festival and rodeo series began Friday (July 23) and will conclude Saturday (July 31). Other country artists appearing later this week include Alan Jackson, Josh Turner, Sugarland, Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert and Clay Walker. Last year, George Strait set an attendance record with 22,736 people -- the largest outdoor concert ever held in Wyoming. Taylor Swift's concert in 2009 brought in 20,043 people, setting an event record for a female performer.
