Our Australian Presenter Connie Kis Anderson would like to say a few words.

06/01/2017

Hello again Friends and Family in Music ... I hope you have had a great start to 2017!!!

When I was a little girl, my family migrated from Denmark, Europe to our beautiful Australia with very little to their name.

They were true examples of 'Aussie battlers', having fully embraced the culture and land of their new home - working long, hard hours in tough jobs to provide not only for their family's needs, but also give their children opportunities that they never had ... in my case, introducing me to the joy of music.

Although they were financially poor, they were rich with good values and taught me the importance of saying 'Thank You', since any gains or successes in this world are rarely achieved by a solitary effort alone.

So it is with this attitude of gratitude, that I'd like to express my sincere appreciation again this week, for your support.

I am truly humbled and honoured by how well HAPPY DAY has been received by Australian Country Radio and to see that it still maintains its #2 position on the Australian Country Tracks Top 40.

Thank you again ... may you all have a HAPPY DAY and enjoy a wonderful week!

Yours in music

Connie Kis xx
