Other country artists on the list include Kenny Chesney (tied with Justin Bieber) at No. 13 ($56), Luke Bryan at No. 19 ($53 million) and Toby Keith at No. 22 ($47.5 million). The list measures pretax income from June 1, 2015 to June 1, 2016 before deducting management fees. Numbers are based on data from Pollstar, Nielsen and the RIAA, as well as interviews with artists, managers, agents and lawyers. Taylor Swift was at No. 1 this year, with $170 million earned.
