The BCMA Awards weekend details ..

31/10/2016

The 10th BCMA Awards (British Country Music Awards) were held at the Heston Venue nr. Heathrow, London 29/30 October. It was a sell-out weekend, and for the first time we had a Best Of British Showcase night on the Saturday with performances by Emma Swindell Band, Dexeter, Southern Companion, Beau Fuller, Thorne Hill Band, and Gary Quinn Band. On the Award night Sunday the evening was hosted by BBCs Baylen Leonard who introduced the following performances, Holloway Road, Ashton Lane, Cortni Bird, Red Sky July, Katy Hurt, Luke & Mel, Jess and The Bandits, and to end the evening Glen Mitchell and SaraBeth.

The Awards were presented to the winners from various sponsors and celebrities in the audience. The winners are as follows … See Below

This was undoubtedly the best year ever with all the cream of the new generation of original Country Music Artists in the UK. The girls came dressed for the evening as did the guys, and a good time was had by all. The sound was faultless as were the video presentations. Baylen was a professional host throughout making the evening run smoothly for 4 hours. All the social media exploded as each act and award was announced. The new generation of Country Music  is now here, and will continue to grow with the original talent we have to offer. Look out for details of the 2017 Awards show.
