"Somebody's Heartbreak" is the Most Added Single at Country Radio; Debuts Top 35

2012 CMA and ACA nominee Hunter Hayes' latest single "Somebody's Heartbreak" is the most added single at country radio, debuting Top 35 on Country Aircheck Mediabase, and following his multi-week No. 1, "Wanted," which he will perform live on the CMA Awards November 1 at 8ET/7CT on ABC. Hunter also performed his No. 1 Platinum hit on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last week and in case you missed it, check it out here.

When asked to give insight about his latest single, Hunter reflected, "To me, 'Somebody's Heartbreak' is a song about taking a chance worth taking.  It's actually almost the next part of the story after "Wanted." I remember I wrote this song sometime around Valentine's Day and really want to say 'be mine' without being extremely predictable. 'Somebody's Heartbreak' is what came out."

Hunter has been touring and performing live for decades. He has played to sold out venues across the US and Canada on his MOST WANTED headline tour and is currently touring with Carrie Underwood on her "Blown Away Tour."

"We are having an absolute blast on the 'Blown Away' tour. Carrie's set is absolutely stunning and to get to hear THAT voice and THOSE songs every night is just plain awesome," Hunter raves. "It's been so much fun getting to design a show to go along with this tour. It's the first time I've been able to bring in the lighting and arrangement ideas I've been dreaming up for a while. I've been saying the coolest thing every night is knowing we get to do this entire tour with Carrie, that's even more true now going into 2013. I'm beyond stoked!"

Hunter Hayes, the multi-talented writer, musician, producer, and performer, is the only country artist to play every instrument, write/co-write every song, and co-produce his critically acclaimed self-titled debut album.   The Louisiana native has also shared the stage with Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Trace Adkins, Brad Paisley, and Hank Williams, Jr. This multi-instrumentalist continues to garner praise from fans and critics alike as he made his world-premiere national television debut on CBS' Late Show with David Letterman  and also performed with The Roots on Late Night with Jimmy FallonGood Morning America, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. His latest hit "Wanted" is certified Platinum and spent two weeks at No. 1. "Wanted" also held the unprecedented #1 slot for three weeks in a row on GAC's Top 20 Countdown.
