New Artist, Video, and Songwriter Categories Hold Promise  In Awards To Be Presented October 18 In Nashville
 
In less than a year since his memorable standing ovation sweeping win of the 2011 ICM Week Talent Competition held in Nashville, Geoffrey Andrewsis emerging with placement in three categories of Top 10 contenders for The 18th Annual ICM Faith, Family & Country™ Awards.
 
The Awards will be presented on the evening of Thursday, October 18 at Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville.
 
Geoffrey Andrews has proven to be an exciting new industry voice whose soaring vocal abilities on his debut single “A Miracle” found him being instantly compared to Josh Groban in quality and musical style—although his vocal signature remains refreshing unique.
 
Catagories in which he has been named among the Top 10 candidates announced this week in Nashville by the ICM Faith, Family & Country Association include:

  • Songwriter
  • Video  (“A Miracle”) 
The Spring 2012 release of his debut album, “Geoffrey Andrews” has to date produced four successful radio singles for the 28 year old Texan—all of which have proven his versatility as a writer.  They include “A Miracle,” “If God Said This Was Heaven,”  “70 Miles In A 45,” and his current release “The Same God.”
 
Because of the uniqueness of his voice and the strength of the song, “A Miracle” was serviced to radio across multiple formats including Contemporary Christian, Southern Gospel, AC, Inspirational, and Praise & Worship.
